Shipping Policy
We do our best to ship your item ASAP. In some cases, your order may be split-shipped from multiple locations to reduce processing time for quicker delivery.

Some items have a lead time, which will be noted on the product page where applicable.
If an item from your order is out of stock, you can choose to wait until it's back in stock, or we can cancel your order and notify you when back in stock.
Shipping to Destinations Outside the USA
We offer international shipping via USPS (via handoff to your country's local postal courier), UPS, or DHL.
PLEASE BE AWARE!!! We do not collect, nor are we responsible for, any local tax, duty or customs clearance or 3rd party brokerage fees that you may incur upon import into non-USA locations. These fees will be collected from the importer (receiver) by the local government and/or shipping courier upon import into the destination country. The goods receiver is responsible for these costs, which are in addition to the costs for product(s) and shipping services that FUNCTION-FIRST Performance collects upon your purchase.
Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales--(at)--function-first.com.
